  • Customized items require additional processing time and will be shipped within 24-72 business hours.
  • Business hours are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Order Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping (If Applicable):

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility.
